The secret is to not be afraid to make changes. If you schedule a post about sunny weather and there’s a spontaneous blizzard, it’s easy to go in and change your content.

It’s better to run one or two pages well than have five or six that are managed poorly. Based on your target audience make decisions about what networks you want to focus on, and start there. If you feel ready to pull in a few others in the future, have at it! The worst thing you can do with social is have a dead page, so keep a narrow focus to keep your pages looking clean and fresh.
Organize
Do you have an editorial calendar? Do you know what that is? Sit down for about an hour and plan out what types of things you’ll be sharing for the next month, it will save you time in the long run! This can easily be created in Excel. Just Google editorial calendar for a little bit more guidance.
Recycle Content
Based on the algorithms and the fast pace of social networks, most of your followers won’t see your posts the first time around, which is great for you! Go ahead and use that awesome article again next week, more of your followers will see it and you’ll save time.

If you can’t get your head around this whole social thing, then it may be time to find someone to do it for you. Hiring a social media manager or a management company will give you less to juggle and will help you put your best foot forward.
