In addition to our monthly pricing plans, we offer one-time Xero conversion and training, or one-time clean-up/catch-up for a flat fee of $699 (some restrictions apply). how much does it cost to get started?
There is a one-time set-up fee of $249 if you do not currently use accounting software, and a one-time set-up fee of $499 to convert your current accounting file to Xero.
What is included in my fee?
Each monthly bookkeeping plan includes a set number of business accounts (bank/credit card/e-commerce site accounts). Additional business accounts beyond what is included in the monthly plan will be charged at $50/per account. All monthly plans include unlimited transactions.
Each monthly bookkeeping plan includes a set number of sales tax location filings. Additional sales tax locations are are $50/per location. Registration of new locations is $150 per location.

What are your add on options?
- Add-ons are available with the Growth and Established plans only, and are not included in the basic monthly price. Add-ons available are:
Payroll Plus: : $200/mo. in addition to regular payroll pricing. Includes insurance audits (work comp / general liability), benefits administration.
Accounts Payable Processing: $250/mo. Includes entry of vendor bills, accounting software integration, and processing of payments. You will be responsible for your bill pay subscription and any associated fees.
Are there any hidden fees?
- We will never charge you for a service beyond your monthly plan without full disclosure and your approval.
How do i cancel SERVICES?
There is no contract, and you can cancel our services any time with a 30-day written notice by email to [email protected]. All services, including set-up fees, are non-refundable.
